Our way of working will have 2 or 3 steps, depending on you wishes: 1. Make an inventory of the possibilities You fill out the electronic form and specify additional information. After you will have transferred 50 Euro to our bank account, I will make an analysis the possibilities based on the profile you've specified. If necessary I will contact you for more information and I will let you know my conclusions. 2. Search owners of properties that meet your specifications I will get you in touch with the owners of a property that meets the profile you have specified. If it suits you, you will need to come to the Haut-Languedoc to visit the property. In case you will buy it, I will ask you to pay my fee, which will be 2% of the sales price. 3. Create a report of investment If you want, I can - before or after the purchase - create an overview of the costs you may expect to restore the property, inlcuding a list of possible suppliers, the required permits, the concerned government institutions etc. This report will be based on thorough research of the possibilities, the condition and situation of the property, and my extensive experience in this area. The price of this report is based on a quotation. The report will be written in English. |
