Via the client network that I've built up during my career, I know many properties in this area. Sometimes they are already for sale, sometimes they're not. Are you looking for a house for immediate habitation? Or would you rather buy an ancient house and restore it? The advantage of the last option is that probably the current owners have never thought about selling it and consequently the price may be relatively low. Furthermore, this type of old buildings are often built in the original regional style with natural stone walls and slate roofs, in beautiful, scenic areas. However, wether or not fit for immediate habitation, I can assure you that I will give you the best possible serve to get you in touch with the owners of the property that you are looking for.

Our way of working will have 2 or 3 steps, depending on you wishes:

1. Make an inventory of the possibilities

You fill out the electronic form and specify additional information. After you will have transferred 50 Euro to our bank account, I will make an analysis the possibilities based on the profile you've specified. If necessary I will contact you for more information and I will let you know my conclusions.

2. Search owners of properties that meet your specifications

I will get you in touch with the owners of a property that meets the profile you have specified. If it suits you, you will need to come to the Haut-Languedoc to visit the property. In case you will buy it, I will ask you to pay my fee, which will be 2% of the sales price.

3. Create a report of investment

If you want, I can - before or after the purchase - create an overview of the costs you may expect to restore the property, inlcuding a list of possible suppliers, the required permits, the concerned government institutions etc. This report will be based on thorough research of the possibilities, the condition and situation of the property, and my extensive experience in this area. The price of this report is based on a quotation. The report will be written in English.
